I am happy to offer support for one off projects.
It would just need to fit into my current client commitments. If I have the capacity to support you within the timeline you need I'm more than happy to assist you and your team.
This varies weekly. I aim to respond to phone messages and emails with a 48 hour turnaround. However my capacity to take on urgent tasks or short deadlines will depend on my current client comitment and capacity. This is discussed in our initial consulation to determine if our working relationship will benefit both parties.
When I'm working with a client, my time and focus is dedicated to them. I do not take calls and emails during that time.
I offer a number of pricing options, this all depends on whether you are looking at adhoc services, hourly rate, retainer packages or project based pricing.
This is determined after our intial consultation and provided to you in our onboarding agreement.
As part of my onboarding process I like to have a chat with you initially to make sure we are a good fit for one another and to kick off a successful collaboration.
